Barite from Blaton
On the postage stamp form the Special issue: Minerals from Belgium we see the typical barite rosettes, which occurs at Blaton (Henegovia) in fissures and slits of black schist.
The rosettes become auburn coloured by the large presence of iron.
Simple crystals aren't found here.
